Order Dispatch & Processing
- All ready apparel orders (tees, shirts, cargo, denim) are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on national holidays are processed on the subsequent working day.
- As soon as your shipment is picked up by our courier partner, live courier tracking links are sent via Email & WhatsApp/SMS.
Delivery Timelines Across India
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai): Delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities): Delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
- North-East, J&K, and rural regions may take 5–7 business days depending on terrain logistics.

7-Day Size Exchange & Returns Policy
Streetwear is all about the right fit. We make exchanges effortless.
Hassle-Free 7-Day Exchange Window
If your oversized t-shirt, hoodie, or bottoms do not fit the way you desired, you can request a free size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and odour-free (no perfume or deodorant scents).
- All original brand tags, labels, and hygiene seals must remain intact and attached.
- Items returned with stains, pet hair, or signs of wear cannot be accepted for health & safety standards.
Doorstep Reverse Pick-Up
Once an exchange or return is initiated, our logistics team arranges a reverse courier pick-up from your delivery address within 24–48 hours. Please hand over the garment securely in its original packaging with tags.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Drop Received
In the rare event that you receive a defective garment, wrong size, or incorrect design, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos of the garment:

Refund Processing & Modes
- Prepaid Orders (Cards/UPI/NetBanking): Refunds are credited back to your original source account within 5 to 7 working days post inspection.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are credited via instant UPI transfer (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm) or as store wallet credits, according to customer preference.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched directly from your My Orders section or by texting our support team. Once an order has been picked up by the courier partner, it cannot be canceled mid-transit and should be processed as an exchange/return upon delivery.
Fabric Care & Longevity Guide
Keep your 240+ GSM heavyweight cotton fresh and long-lasting.
Machine Wash Cold
Always wash graphic tees inside out in cold water (30°C or below) using a mild detergent to safeguard high-density screen and puff prints.
Do Not Iron Over Print
Never run a hot iron directly over the graphic prints or rubberized branding. Iron on the reverse side on low-to-medium heat.
Dry in Shade
Hang garments inside out in shaded, well-ventilated areas. Direct prolonged sunlight exposure can fade rich black and dyed fabric pigments.
Zero Shrinkage Bio-Wash
All Dope Drip tees undergo pre-shrunk bio-wash fabric processing, ensuring zero post-wash shrinkage when washed as instructed.
